Delete your Force Code App account and data
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This page applies to Force Code applications that support user accounts or collect data associated with an identifiable user or device. Some Force Code apps work without registration. Deletion cannot be undone.
Delete data from an app
If the app provides a Delete account or Delete data option, open the app's Settings or Profile section, select that option, read the warning and complete the confirmation steps. The exact menu name may vary by app. You may be asked to sign in again to verify ownership.
If an app does not provide an in-app deletion option, or you cannot access the app, submit the request form below. Include the app name, platform and the email address associated with the account or previous support request, if applicable. We may request limited additional information to verify ownership. Never send your password, payment card details or Apple/Google sign-in codes.
Apps without accounts
Some Force Code apps store progress and preferences only on the device. You can remove this local data by using the app's Clear Data feature, clearing the app's storage in device settings, or uninstalling the app. You may also use the form below to request deletion of any data that Force Code may hold in connection with the app.
What we delete
Depending on the app and the information available, deletion may include the account profile, associated email address, app-specific content, cloud-saved progress, device or installation identifiers, support records and other data linked to the account or verified request. Deleted content cannot be restored.
Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
Purchases are processed by Apple's App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android. Deleting an account or app data does not cancel an active store subscription and does not automatically issue a refund. Recurring billing may continue until you cancel it through the store.
App Store: open device Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions, or https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
Google Play: open Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, or https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Apple and Google retain their own payment and purchase-history records under their respective policies. Force Code cannot delete those store records.
Limited records that may remain
We may retain limited transaction records for the period required by applicable law; deletion-request and security records for up to 3 years; and information necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes or establish legal claims for as long as reasonably required for those purposes. Aggregated or anonymized analytics that no longer identifies a user may be retained indefinitely.
Processing time
In-app deletion requests may be processed automatically. Requests submitted through this website are processed after ownership has been verified. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is permitted or required by applicable law.
