How to request account deletion From the appYou can request deletion from either Moon Cakes or Moon Bar:
Profile → Settings → Delete account
Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.
Because the account is shared, deleting it from either application will also remove access to the same account in the other Moon application.

What will be deletedWhen your Moon account is deleted, we delete the account and associated user data stored by Moon Cakes and Moon Bar.
Depending on the features you have used, this may include:

• Account profile information
• Email address
• User/account identifier
• Recipes you created or saved
• Favorite recipes
• Ingredient and pantry inventory
• Shopping lists
• App preferences and settings
• MoonCoins balance and related account progress
• Other user-generated data linked to your Moon account

Deleted account data cannot be restored.
Shared data between Moon Cakes and Moon BarMoon Cakes and Moon Bar use a shared account infrastructure.
Some account information, preferences, entitlements or other account-level data may therefore be shared between the two applications.
Deleting your Moon account removes the shared account and associated account data for both Moon Cakes and Moon Bar.
Purchases and subscriptionsPurchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play.
Deleting your Moon account does not remove transaction records maintained by Google from your Google account or Google Play purchase history.
Where necessary, we may retain limited transaction-related information required to:

• verify purchases or subscriptions;
• comply with legal or accounting obligations;
• prevent fraud or abuse;
• resolve disputes.

Google's own retention and privacy policies apply to information stored directly by Google.
Data that may be retainedSome information may be retained after account deletion where required for:

• legal or regulatory obligations;
• accounting and transaction records;
• fraud prevention and security;
• dispute resolution;
• enforcement of applicable agreements.

Such information is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.
Anonymous or aggregated analytics information that can no longer be associated with your Moon account may also remain.
Processing timeAccount deletion requests are processed as soon as reasonably possible after account ownership has been verified.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
