ForceCode app's Terms
Force Code Terms of Use
Effective date: November 6, 2026
Last updated: November 6, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of mobile applications, websites, digital products, and related services published or operated under the Force Code or ForceCode.one name and linking to these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).
Each Service is provided by the developer, publisher, or trader identified in the relevant application marketplace listing, operating under the Force Code brand and supported by the ForceCode.one Development Team (“Force Code,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing from, or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to every Service identified in the Covered Services Registry at the end of this document and to any current or future Force Code Service that displays or links to these Terms.
A Service may provide additional product descriptions, purchase conditions, safety notices, or other information inside the Service or in its marketplace listing. Such information forms part of these Terms for the relevant Service.
If mandatory marketplace terms or applicable law conflict with these Terms, the mandatory marketplace terms or applicable law control.
2. Marketplace and Platform Terms
Services downloaded through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized marketplace are also subject to that marketplace’s terms, license conditions, payment rules, subscription rules, and refund policies.
For Services distributed through Apple platforms, these Terms supplement the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and other applicable Apple terms. Where mandatory Apple terms conflict with these Terms, the mandatory Apple terms control.
Apple, Google, and other marketplaces are not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the Services except where required by their own terms or applicable law.
3. Eligibility and Acceptance
You may use a Service only if you can legally enter into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.
If you are below the age at which you may independently consent to digital services in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf.
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child’s use of the Services and approving any purchases, subscriptions, permissions, advertising interactions, external links, or submission of personal information.
Purchases must only be made by an adult or with authorization from the person responsible for the marketplace account and payment method.
4. License to Use the Services
Subject to these Terms, Force Code grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Services for private and lawful purposes on devices that you own or control.
Unless expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
  • copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or commercially distribute a Service;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to extract source code;
  • bypass payment, subscription, advertising, access, security, or technical restrictions;
  • interfere with the normal operation of a Service;
  • use automated systems to access, scrape, manipulate, or overload a Service;
  • remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices;
  • use a Service to violate another person’s rights;
  • use supplied artwork, graphics, audio, recipes, text, code, or other content as part of another commercial product without written permission;
  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or abusive activity.
This license does not transfer ownership of a Service or its content to you.
5. Accounts and Local Profiles
Some Services may operate without registration and store preferences, progress, purchases, created content, access rights, or other information locally on your device.
Other Services may allow or require an account. If an account is available, you agree to:
  • provide accurate information;
  • keep your login credentials secure;
  • notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization;
  • remain responsible for activity performed through your account where permitted by law.
We may introduce, change, or remove account functionality as a Service develops.
The absence of an account or remote synchronization system may limit cross-device access, remote recovery, synchronization, and restoration of locally stored information.
6. User Content
Some Services may allow you to create, color, edit, save, upload, synchronize, publish, review, or export artwork, images, text, recipes, preferences, reviews, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain the rights you legally hold in your original User Content.
Force Code does not claim ownership of original creative contributions that you independently create using a Service. However, using artwork, templates, outlines, characters, designs, recipes, text, audio, or other materials supplied by Force Code does not transfer ownership of those supplied materials to you.
Unless a Service expressly states otherwise, completed works containing Force Code-provided materials are intended for personal and non-commercial use.
When User Content remains only on your device, Force Code does not receive or access it.
If you voluntarily upload or submit User Content to a Force Code Service, you grant Force Code a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, reproduce, synchronize, and display that User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested functionality, operate the Service, moderate content, or provide support.
You must not submit User Content that:
  • is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harmful;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • contains malware or malicious code;
  • contains personal information you are not authorized to provide;
  • misrepresents its source, ownership, or authenticity.
7. Purchases and Digital Content
A Service may offer:
  • one-time access to digital content;
  • individual artwork, coloring pages, recipes, tools, collections, or other items;
  • bundles or complete collections;
  • consumable digital items;
  • coins, tokens, credits, rewards, or virtual items;
  • Premium access;
  • auto-renewable subscriptions;
  • promotional or advertising-supported access.
Available products, prices, currencies, durations, and included features are displayed in the Service or marketplace before purchase.
Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorized marketplace are processed by that marketplace. Force Code does not directly receive complete payment-card information submitted to a marketplace.
Marketplace purchase terms and applicable consumer law apply to each transaction.
8. One-Time Purchases and Local Entitlements
A one-time purchase may unlock specified content or functionality according to the product description displayed before purchase.
Where a Service does not use a Force Code account or remote entitlement system, some purchases and access rights may be recorded locally on the device.
Unless the product description expressly states that cross-device restoration is supported:
  • locally recorded access may not synchronize to another device;
  • access may be lost if the Service is deleted;
  • access may be lost if application data or device storage is cleared;
  • access may be lost if the device is reset, replaced, damaged, or unavailable;
  • consumable purchases may not be restorable through the marketplace;
  • Force Code may be unable to recover locally stored access without sufficient transaction information.
Where technically supported, Force Code may attempt to restore eligible marketplace purchases. This does not guarantee restoration of consumable products, locally granted rewards, or device-only access rights.
Deleting locally saved content does not intentionally cancel an active subscription or revoke a separately verified marketplace purchase.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory statutory rights.
9. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Some Services may offer weekly, monthly, annual, or other subscription plans.
Before subscribing, the Service or marketplace will display:
  • the subscription name;
  • the included features;
  • the subscription duration;
  • the price and applicable currency;
  • whether a trial or introductory offer applies;
  • the renewal conditions.
Unless cancelled, an auto-renewable subscription renews automatically for the period displayed at purchase.
Your marketplace account will be charged according to the marketplace’s billing schedule and rules.
You can manage or cancel a subscription through the account settings of the marketplace used to purchase it:
  • Apple subscriptions through Apple ID subscription settings;
  • Google Play subscriptions through Google Play subscription settings;
  • subscriptions from another marketplace through that marketplace’s account settings.
Deleting a Service does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid subscription period. Access normally remains available until that period ends unless the marketplace states otherwise.
Force Code does not independently control marketplace billing, renewal timing, payment authorization, or account-level subscription management.
10. Trials and Promotional Offers
A Service may offer a free trial, discounted period, promotional code, introductory price, temporary access, or promotional reward.
Eligibility may be determined by the marketplace, account history, device, country, time period, or previous purchases.
Unless cancelled before the end of the trial or promotional period, a subscription may automatically convert to the standard paid subscription displayed when the user enrolled.
Force Code may modify or withdraw promotional offers where permitted by law.
11. Refunds
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another marketplace must normally be submitted to that marketplace.
Refund eligibility is determined by:
  • the marketplace’s refund rules;
  • the product type;
  • the circumstances of the transaction;
  • applicable consumer protection law.
Force Code cannot guarantee that a marketplace will approve a refund.
If applicable law gives you cancellation, withdrawal, refund, repair, replacement, or other mandatory rights, these Terms do not limit those rights.
12. Virtual Items, Coins, Credits, and Rewards
Some Services may provide virtual coins, credits, tokens, rewards, streak benefits, or similar digital items.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
  • virtual items have no monetary value outside the Service;
  • virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • virtual items are non-transferable;
  • virtual items may be limited to the Service in which they were obtained;
  • free or promotional virtual items may be changed or withdrawn;
  • virtual items are not a bank account, stored-value account, or investment;
  • unauthorized sale or transfer of virtual items is prohibited.
Purchased virtual items remain subject to applicable marketplace rules and mandatory consumer rights.
13. Advertising
Free or advertising-supported versions of a Service may display:
  • banner advertisements;
  • native advertisements;
  • interstitial advertisements;
  • rewarded advertisements;
  • rewarded interstitial advertisements;
  • app-open advertisements;
  • internal Force Code promotions;
  • promotions for other Force Code Services.
Some content or features may require completion of a rewarded advertisement unless the user has purchased the relevant content or holds an applicable Premium subscription.
Advertisement availability is not guaranteed.
If a third-party advertisement cannot be loaded because of network availability, technical failure, lack of advertising inventory, or another reason, a Service may display an internal Force Code promotion or provide an alternative access flow.
Advertising and consent settings are handled according to applicable law, marketplace requirements, age-related protections, and the Force Code Privacy Policy.
Force Code does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, suitability, safety, or quality of products or services advertised by third parties.
14. Reviews and Ratings
A Service may use native marketplace tools to ask users to provide a rating or review.
Providing a rating or review is voluntary.
Force Code does not require a positive review and does not condition paid functionality on the content of a rating or review.
Users must not manipulate ratings, submit fraudulent reviews, or use reviews to publish unlawful, abusive, or unrelated content.
15. Third-Party Services
The Services may interact with third-party platforms and providers, including:
  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play;
  • advertising providers;
  • consent-management providers;
  • analytics or diagnostics providers;
  • notification services;
  • authentication providers;
  • hosting and cloud-storage providers;
  • external websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Force Code is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, pricing, policies, or decisions except to the extent required by law.
Links to third-party services do not necessarily constitute endorsement.
16. Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the Force Code Privacy Policy:
https://forcecode.one/forcecode_privacy
The Privacy Policy forms part of the legal information governing use of the Services but remains separate from these Terms.
A Service may provide an additional privacy notice when its functionality, audience, permissions, or data practices require more specific disclosures.
17. Children and Family Use
Some Force Code Services may be suitable for a general or family audience.
Where children may use a Service:
  • advertising settings may be limited to age-appropriate advertising;
  • personalized advertising may be disabled;
  • external links or purchases may require adult involvement;
  • a parent or guardian should supervise use;
  • children must not submit personal information unless legally permitted and appropriately authorized.
If you believe a child submitted personal information without valid authorization, contact us at forcecodeone@gmail.com.
18. Notifications
A Service may offer optional reminders, progress notifications, streak notifications, feature updates, or other messages.
You can disable notifications through the Service or device settings where supported.
Notifications are provided for convenience. Force Code does not guarantee their delivery time or availability.
19. Content-Specific Information and Safety
Force Code Services may contain creative, wellbeing, cooking, food, survival, preparedness, first-aid, lifestyle, or other informational content.
Such content is provided for general informational, educational, creative, or entertainment purposes only.
Force Code Services do not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, nutritional, legal, financial, emergency, rescue, or other professional advice.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether content is appropriate for their circumstances and for following applicable laws, official instructions, product labels, equipment instructions, and professional guidance.
In particular:
  • recipes and cooking information may vary depending on ingredients, equipment, measurements, preparation methods, allergies, dietary requirements, and food-safety conditions;
  • users are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, storage requirements, hygiene, preparation methods, cooking temperatures, and expiry information;
  • meditation, breathing, mindfulness, and wellbeing exercises may affect individuals differently;
  • meditation, breathing, audio, or reflective exercises must not be used while driving, operating machinery, crossing roads, or performing activities requiring full attention;
  • survival, preparedness, and first-aid information does not replace official emergency instructions, certified training, qualified rescue services, or professional medical assistance;
  • users must not rely on a mobile device or application as their only emergency resource;
  • creative templates, coloring pages, illustrations, recipes, text, audio, and other supplied materials remain owned by Force Code or the applicable licensors.
If an activity causes discomfort, distress, dizziness, pain, or another adverse reaction, stop the activity and seek appropriate assistance.
In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service and follow current official instructions.
20. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
  • use a Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive activity;
  • interfere with servers, networks, security, payments, advertising, or access controls;
  • exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • submit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
  • manipulate ratings, reviews, rewards, advertisements, purchases, or subscriptions;
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
  • place unreasonable load on Service infrastructure;
  • use a Service to create or distribute prohibited content;
  • use a Service in a way that may endanger another person.
Force Code may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, a Service, Force Code, or third parties.
21. Intellectual Property
The Services and all supplied content—including software, source code, interfaces, trademarks, logos, illustrations, coloring outlines, recipes, designs, text, audio, animations, collections, and documentation—are owned by Force Code or used under license.
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
“Force Code,” “ForceCode.one,” application names, logos, and related branding may not be used in a way that falsely suggests sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or ownership.
22. Service Availability and Updates
Force Code may update, improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of a Service.
Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, legal compliance, marketplace availability, advertising, purchases, or other functionality.
Force Code does not guarantee that:
  • every Service will remain available indefinitely;
  • every feature will be available on every device;
  • older versions will continue to function;
  • content will remain available in every country;
  • third-party services will remain compatible;
  • locally stored data will survive device failure, deletion, reset, or operating-system changes;
  • online or cloud-based features will always be available.
Where required by law, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paid functionality.
Force Code will not intentionally remove access to digital content that a user has validly purchased where continued access is technically and legally possible, subject to marketplace rules and mandatory law.
23. Account and Data Deletion
Where a Service provides an account, deletion may be available:
  • automatically through the Service;
  • through an account-management page;
  • through a feedback or support form;
  • by email request to forcecodeone@gmail.com.
Force Code may request reasonable verification before deleting account information.
Deleting an account or local application data does not automatically cancel an active marketplace subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled through the marketplace account used for purchase.
If a Service has no account and stores information only on the user’s device, the information can generally be removed using the Service’s reset controls, device storage settings, or by uninstalling the Service.
Additional information is available in the Force Code Privacy Policy.
24. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using a Service at any time.
Force Code may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:
  • a serious or repeated violation of these Terms;
  • fraud or unauthorized transactions;
  • abuse of another person or the Service;
  • security or legal risk;
  • marketplace requirements;
  • discontinuation of the Service.
Where appropriate and legally required, Force Code will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a violation.
Termination does not remove obligations or rights that by their nature should continue, including intellectual property rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
25. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
Force Code does not guarantee that a Service will:
  • be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • be compatible with every device;
  • meet every user’s expectations;
  • preserve all locally stored data;
  • always provide advertising, rewards, or online services;
  • remain available in every region;
  • be free from every defect or security risk;
  • produce a specific creative, wellbeing, cooking, educational, or practical result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
26. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Force Code and the applicable Service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of or inability to use a Service.
This includes loss of locally stored progress, User Content, expected rewards, or access resulting from device loss, deletion, reset, unsupported modification, user action, or third-party service failure.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, total liability relating to a Service will be limited to the greater of:
  • the amount paid for that Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
  • USD 100 or the equivalent in the user’s local currency.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.
27. Mandatory Consumer Rights
These Terms do not limit rights granted by mandatory consumer protection law.
Depending on the user’s country, legal rights may include:
  • conformity of digital content;
  • repair or replacement;
  • refunds or price reductions;
  • cancellation or withdrawal;
  • continuity of digital services;
  • protection against unfair contract terms;
  • access to courts or consumer dispute procedures.
If these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer right, that mandatory right controls.
28. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the responsible Force Code Service provider identified in the relevant marketplace listing, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove the protection of mandatory laws in your country of residence.
Where required by law, you may bring a claim before the competent courts of your country of residence.
Before initiating formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at forcecodeone@gmail.com so that we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration or waives a legal right where such a requirement or waiver would be unenforceable.
29. Changes to These Terms
Force Code may update these Terms to reflect:
  • new Services or functionality;
  • changes to purchases or subscriptions;
  • legal or marketplace requirements;
  • security improvements;
  • changes to third-party services;
  • business or operational changes.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
Where required by law, Force Code will provide additional notice or request renewed consent before a material change takes effect.
Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Adding a new Service to the Covered Services Registry does not change the rights or obligations applicable to existing Services unless these Terms are otherwise updated.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
The unenforceable provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose where legally possible.
31. No Waiver
If Force Code does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not waive the right to enforce it later.
32. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without permission from Force Code.
Force Code may transfer operation of a Service or these Terms to a successor, affiliate, purchaser, or other responsible entity where permitted by law and subject to appropriate notice.
33. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Force Code Privacy Policy, applicable marketplace terms, product information shown before purchase, and any additional legally required notices constitute the agreement governing use of the relevant Service.
34. Language
These Terms are written in English. Translations may be provided for convenience.
Where permitted by law, the English version controls if a translation conflicts with it. Mandatory local-language requirements remain unaffected.
35. Contact
Questions about these Terms, purchases, subscriptions, account deletion, or the Services may be directed to:
ForceCode.one Development Team
Email: forcecodeone@gmail.com
Website: https://forcecode.one
When contacting us, identify the relevant Service, marketplace, device platform, and transaction reference where applicable.
Do not send complete payment-card details, account passwords, or authentication codes.
