1. Who we are and what this policy covers
ForceCode.one provides Moon Cakes. This policy explains how we handle information when you use Moon Cakes, including its optional account, recipe library, pantry, shopping lists, purchases and advertisements. Moon Cakes and Moon Bar use a shared Moon account. Shared account information and some account-level settings and entitlements may be used across both apps.

2. Information we process
Account information: your account identifier and, if you register, the name, email address, profile photo and sign-in provider information you supply. Apple may provide a private relay email address. Our app does not receive your Apple or Google account password.
Guest information: guest use creates an account identifier so your recipes and other data can be associated with your session. You can use the main features without providing a name or email address. Registering allows you to keep access to the account instead of relying on a guest session.
Your content: recipes, ingredient quantities, recipe and ingredient photographs, profile images, favorites, pantry inventory, shopping lists, preferences and related progress that you create or save. Personal recipes are private to their owner and cannot be published or shared directly with other users.
Purchase information: store, product and transaction identifiers, purchase dates, subscription status and expiry, verification records and MoonCoin balances or transactions. Apple or Google processes payments; we do not receive your full payment card details.
Technical and usage information: device and operating system information, account or device identifiers, app interactions, purchase-related events, performance information, crash reports and diagnostic logs. Service providers may also process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them. The app does not request access to precise device location.
Advertising information: ad requests, impressions, interactions, device or other identifiers permitted by your settings, approximate location and reward-verification information. Reward verification associates an ad event with an account identifier to deliver the requested reward and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims.
Support information: messages and account details you choose to send us or enter in a support or deletion request.

3. Why we use this information
We use information to authenticate users; store and synchronize account data; display and edit recipes; manage pantry items, shopping lists and preferences; verify purchases and maintain entitlements; deliver MoonCoins and advertisement rewards; provide support; diagnose failures; improve the app; and protect accounts and transactions against fraud or abuse. We use information where necessary to provide the service, with consent where required, for legitimate service and security purposes where permitted, or to meet legal obligations.

4. Services and sharing
Google Firebase Authentication supports account access. Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage and Cloud Functions support data storage, photos, synchronization and server operations. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics support usage analysis and diagnostics. Google AdMob and its consent tools support advertisements and privacy choices. Apple and Google support optional sign-in and store purchases. Google ML Kit supports translation and may download language models; translation is performed on the device.
Providers process the information needed for their services under their applicable terms and privacy policies. These providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud or resolve disputes. We do not make your personal recipes or photos publicly available or provide their contents for advertising targeting.

5. Advertising, consent and choices
AdMob may process information for ad delivery, measurement, security and, where permitted by your consent and settings, personalization. Consent requirements and available advertising may differ by region. We use Google's consent tools before requesting ads where required. When required, you can review or change consent through Profile > Privacy > Ad privacy choices. You can also use the privacy and advertising controls provided by your device.
On iOS, access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) and tracking as defined by Apple require App Tracking Transparency permission. Refusing permission must not prevent access to the app's main functions. Advertising may still be served without IDFA. Consent to a regional advertising form does not replace Apple's tracking permission.

6. Photos and device permissions
Camera or photo-library access is requested when you choose to add an image. We upload the images you select to provide recipe, ingredient or profile features. You can decline access or change it in device settings. Access to other photos is not required to browse recipes or use the app's main functions.

7. Retention and account deletion
We retain account content while it is needed to provide your account and services. You can initiate permanent deletion in Moon Cakes through Profile > Edit profile > Delete account. Because the Moon account is shared, deletion removes the account and associated user data from both Moon Cakes and Moon Bar. Guest users can also request deletion of their guest account.
Deletion covers the profile, stored photos, personal recipes, favorites, pantry inventory, shopping lists, preferences and MoonCoin balance associated with the account. Requests initiated in the app are processed automatically. Requests made through our website may require ownership verification; we aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.
Limited transaction, security and deletion-control records may remain where necessary for purchase verification, fraud prevention, legal obligations or disputes. They are limited to what is needed for those purposes; purchase claims are unlinked from the deleted account. Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may remain. Store providers retain their own records under their policies. Deletion is permanent and does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription.

8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of, delete, restrict or object to processing of your information and to withdraw consent. You may also contact your local data-protection authority. Use account settings and the deletion feature or contact annamooncakes@gmail.com. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

9. Security
We use access controls and technical and organizational measures to protect information. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure. Protect your sign-in credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. Children
Moon Cakes is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate. Local rules may require parental consent at a higher age.

11. Changes and contact
We update this policy when our practices change and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
